border-box;">10月12日，有幸参加了李镇西老师教育思想实践研讨会，李镇西老师的报告讲座名称是《什么是最好的教育》，而在整个讲座过程中他其实很少去列出来条目告诉我们要做什么，而是用他的教育经历告诉了我们他做了什么，极具教育魅力。听了他的教育经历，也让我反思，我们应该去做什么样的教育，什么样的教育对我们的孩子来说才是最好的教育。</p><p style="text-align: border-box;">一、做有意义、有意思的教育，做让学生自豪、让学生感到幸运的教师。李镇西老师每周都会让班里的一个小组去自己家里吃饺子，做孩子们的良师益友；高三紧张的学业压力下，会带着自己孩子们去草坪上阅读、组织篝火晚会、元旦联欢；带着班里的学生旅游、研学；和班里的孩子们组建班歌、班旗，打造独特的班级文化；带着自己的团队去山区支教，大山里留下了他们的脚步、歌声和文化等等。</p><p border-box;">听到李老师做了这么多如此有趣、有意义的教育，让我回来也深受鼓舞，外出学习之前的几天，由于需要提前安排班里和办公室的相关事情，班里的好多孩子主动的帮我分担一些工作，而且平时这帮孩子们也积极为班级做了很多贡献，于是我提前在家准备好食材，利用班级体活课和晚饭的时间，和班里的孩子们一起包馄饨，大家欢声笑语，孩子们也真的敞开心扉，跟我分享班里种种趣事，进一步拉近了我们之间的距离；学校组织大合唱比赛，我和孩子们也积极的去准备，我给孩子们做视频，给他们讲解《精忠报国》歌曲背后的故事，孩子们自己钢琴伴奏、朗诵、齐声合唱，在舞台上听到他们铿锵有力的声音，看到他们坚定的眼神，体现出强大班级凝聚力的时候，那种自豪感油然而生，在操场***影留念的时候，有孩子说“老师谢谢您带我们留下这么多美好的回忆，我们真不想后面分班，不想跟您分开”，其实我又何尝不是，遇到这帮可爱的孩子们，又何尝不是我的幸运，我的幸福！</p><p border-box;">二、用一生的时间去不断寻找那个“痴心的梦”、“卓越的理想”。一个人的能量深不可测，足以我们穷尽一生去发现、去挖掘。其实李镇西老师说这句话并不是说让我们去追求什么名利、而是告诉我们“水到渠成”。其实李镇西老师说他也没有想到自己有一天会做到现在，他只是在做好他的每一天，每一件事情，他给班里的每位孩子写信、班里学生也给他回信，当时他也没有想到有一天给班里孩子的100封信整理后成了他人生的第一本书；他也没有想到他和孩子们组建的班歌，将歌词寄给了著名的作曲家谷建芬老师后，谷建芬老师真的帮他们牵头作曲，《唱着歌儿向未来》因此诞生，并且在歌唱比赛中获奖等等。</p><p
