border-box;">李梅娜老师的培训主题为“新课标呼唤新教学”，她借助丰富的语文课堂教学典型案例，向青年教师们阐释了如何让自己的课堂能有趣（吸引人）、有料（开发丰富的课程资源）、有味（渗透学科思想与方法）、有果（可见的成果）、有用（育人价值）。建议教学要从“知识本位”转向“核心素养”，从“以教为主”转向“以学为主”，从“坐而论道”转向“学科实践”，从“知识点教学”转向“大概念、大单元、大主题教学”。李老师在讲座过程中还穿插向新教师们传授了个人专业成长经验：要研究名家的优质课、讲具有挑战性的课、写课后反思和随笔。</p><p
